We are a meal preparation and delivery service specializing in mostly-vegan, plant-based meals, with the occasional inclusion of fish and honey. Our service offers three or seven-day meal and beverage subscriptions, conveniently delivered right to your door. Each weekly menu is thoughtfully crafted by our cooks, featuring a heavily Caribbean influence and showcasing organic, seasonal produce. Our cooks are highly considerate of your noted allergies and dietary restrictions.

This service caters to everyone. Adopting a predominantly whole foods plant-based diet can balance health, relieving and preventing chronic illness. We offer meal subscriptions for adults and children.

Our meals and beverages are prepared and packaged in a commercial kitchen, with practices inspected and approved by local and state regulatory agencies.

We are based in Connecticut and deliver to Windham and New London Counties at no additional cost.

There is a $100 minimum order subtotal for delivery. Delivery outside of the referenced area can be accommodated for a fee. Please contact us to coordinate out-of-area delivery.
